We do not charge any fees until a convenient residence or office is found. We charge our customers only after the contract is signed.

The Rates of our Commission Fees are as follows:
In Sales : 2% from the seller and 2% form the buyer calculated from the purchase price.
In Rentals: One month’s rent from the tenant.

Once an appointment has been arranged, one of our personnel will meet our customer at the destination of their request and later take them to the place they wish to go.

We can provide orientation services such as; Area overview/community services, language assistance, money issues, utility hook ups, house hold appliances and furniture, sports, shopping, restaurants, school, medical and dental information.
